A popular way to grab the attention of the opposite sex is with lower back tattoo designs. Of course, there are other reasons to choose this area, such as the need for inconspicuous display, given a lot of employers prohibit visual body art, and some prohibit any at all. (But how are they to know?) This article will explore this popular and desirable location and where to find designs that are not plastered all over everyone else.

Tattoos have been rising in popularity in recent years. It was originally practice in Tahiti and similar Polynesian islands. It also got its name from the Polynesian word tato, meaning to tap or mark. Captain Cook coined the phrase tattoo back in the year 1769 and this form or marking has evolved quite extensively since.( though it is still not a painless procedure, this too has been improved upon) If you are considering tattoos and have questions about where to begin, this article is for you.

When they are done by a talented artist, tattoos can be works of art. Tattoo sleeves are becoming more popular, and people are wearing their art proudly.
A tattoo can be placed anywhere where there is skin. The most common place, traditionally has been the arm. Now, people are taking that one step further.
Sleeve tattoo designs have become the new canvas for many artists. A tattoo sleeve is an image, or series of images, that covers your entire arm, showing very little bare skin. The tattoo artist covers every inch with intricate designs, pictures, and patterns.

Jen-Jen asked: and I want three….all something small. I want my chinese horoscope tattooed on above my ankle (about 1.5 inches) and I want a tiny heart on either side of my hips with my kids initials on them (less than 1 inch big). I’m not doing my entire arm, or back….or having a ‘tramp stamp’ done. He thinks they’re tacky on women’s bodies…I say that my body is my canvas. Your thoughts?
Oops, bad grammar there….my bad!
We’ve been married 10 years with two kiddos.
