What are They?
Tattoo sleeve designs make up some of the most popular and aesthetically striking designs. The whole arm is generally fully filled with this design and this creates an appearance of a long shirt sleeve. It is clear that the arm would be the suited place for this tattoo because this is where a shirt sleeve would be placed. Whereas many people select full sleeve tattoos to conceal the entire surface of the arm, it is also possible to purchase half sleeve tattoos which are drawn along either the upper or lower region of the arm. Those less daring will go for the quarter sleeve tattoo which only conceals the small part between the elbow and the shoulder. Surprisingly, it has also become quite common to select a leg sleeve tattoo which runs along the whole leg or part of the leg. Personal preferences and desires will determine which designs, patterns and styles will be injected to the sleeve and there are no limits to what you are able to pick.

Tattoos have become a very common fashion accessory in modern times…more and more people are expressing themselves through the medium of body art. The definition of the modern tattoo is quite evident…designs, symbols and letters are applied to the skin by puncturing the outer layer with a sharp needle and injecting color.
The most favoured tattoo application technique and the most accurate method is the modern tattoo gun, with its extremely fast reciprocating needle action.

Men are choosing sleeve tattoos in larger numbers these days, and might well be attributed to celebrities and athletes getting them. A sleeve tattoo can be described as a tattoo which wraps around the upper part of the arm from shoulder to elbow. This is often called a half-sleeve tattoo, while a full-sleeve tattoo goes around the arm and lengthwise along the arm to the wrist. A quarter sleeve tattoo begins from the elbow down to the wrist.

General
Tattoo sleeve designs make up some of the most popular and aesthetically attractive tattoos. The whole arm is generally fully filled with this design and this conveys an appearance of a long shirt sleeve. Generallymost sleeve tattoos are drawn on the arm. A full sleeve tattoo covers the whole arm and a half sleeve tattoo will fill only the upper or lower arm. A quarter sleeve tattoo will cover the section between the shoulder and the elbow. It seems that arms were not sufficient when sleeve tattoos were created and it is optional to get them injected as leg tattoos on a part or the full section of the leg. In terms of what designs to select, there are no set choices for tattoo sleeve designs and the styles can be based on individual preference from any style or category admired.

The beauty of the Internet is that there is a wealth of information available to anyone who wants it. This is no different when it comes to online tattoo designs. Before the explosion of the Internet you had to rely on the tattoo designs of your nearest tattooist. Unless, your tattooist only tattoos original designs and changes each one slightly, you could end up with the same tattoo as many other people in your town.
